20. Applicable Laws.
These Terms of Use are governed by the law in force in the State of California, United States of America, and the parties agree that any lawsuit or other legal action concerning these Terms of Use shall be adjudicated exclusively in the state or federal courts for Riverside County, California Each party hereby irrevocably submits to jurisdiction and venue in such courts. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
